Working With Clients: It’s About the Client

The agenda must be set by the client; it’s not about what we want for them. In an initial interview, we identify where the client is at, where they want to go, and next steps.

  • We provide education in personal growth and finances.
  • We create action oriented processes for development and movement.
  • We generate choices and actions that clients will be responsible for, i.e. obtaining coaching and/or mentoring, training for basic career and life skills, or simple fundamentals like getting a drivers license or establishing credit through payment of utility bills.

The plan is theirs and as things progress, in time, we want them to give back by helping others with next steps.
